What you'll learn

The aim of this course is to teach you how to create flavour variations using my master sponge recipe as a base. In sticking to the same base ingredients and production method, you will dramatically save time while guaranteeing consistency in the final product and end results.
The same mindset is applied to my fillings. The course will teach you to create 4 different types of fillings using fruit puree as a base. But, as purees can be made from any fruit, you will have the freedom to create the most diverse flavours, according to your taste and that of your customer.
