Hi! I'm Carol.

As the first among my friends to embrace motherhood, I found myself navigating a whirlwind of new responsibilities, often feeling isolated and housebound. Seeking a creative outlet during my baby’s nap times, I turned to baking. Little did I know, this decision would lead me to discover my greatest passion and a career.

Baking for my family and friends brought immense joy and fulfillment, fueling my motivation to improve with every cake. Before long, word of mouth spread, and orders began pouring in. Decorating cakes became my form of self-expression, and over time, I honed my unique style, propelling my business to where it stands today.

In 2024, alice + rosa cake design celebrated its 10th anniversary. Today, I’m grateful to be part of a diverse community of bakers from whom I continue to learn and grow every day. 

Moreover, I’ve found a newfound passion for mentoring women who, like me a decade ago, seek their own voice and dream of creating their own business.

To start, we recommend you to have the basic baking tools (standing mixer, baking tins, bowls, scraper, spatulas).

This course is entirely online with pre-recorded classes. You can watch them at your convenience, as many times as you’d like, for a duration of 2 years from your enrollment.

After enrolling, you’ll have access to the course content for 2 years from the enrollment date. Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to any future updates during this period.
